JBD and JGA Announce Consolidation and Expansion

Providence Rhode Island - After 39 successful years in business operating as separate but related corporations, Judd Brown Designs (JBD) and Jefferson Group Architecture (JGA), the well-respected Rhode Island-based clubhouse planning, architecture and interior design firms, have restructured internally to combine into a single firm, JBD JGA Design and Architecture, continuing to offer a full complement of planning, architecture, interior design and procurement services for the private club and hospitality industry.
As part of the internal restructuring, JBD JGA Design and Architecture have joined forces with Peacock + Lewis of North Palm Beach and Naples, Florida as co-founders of a new private club focused professional services network to be known as CLUBWORKS. Both JBD JGA and Peacock + Lewis will continue to operate as independent industry leaders in their respective regional and national markets while representing the foundation of a growing network of companies destined to provide unparalleled capabilities, reach and service to the community of private clubs in the US. Over the coming months, the firms will gradually transition their branding and graphic presentation to reflect the newly formed relationship.
The new CLUBWORKS network will support each companies' independent operations while allowing them the resources for growth and development. Each CLUBWORKS company will retain their personal client and supplier relationships while leveraging each other's strengths empowering the focus of each company with the power of all.
