Summary

In early 2019, leadership and management at the Apawamis Club in Rye, New York determined that a significant portion of their facility was in need of modernization and expansion. After polling membership through a series of focus groups, the program was determined to include a new pool, support facility, the addition of golf simulators and upgrades to the members dining spaces. As the process of master planning continued, the program was expanded to include significant increases to outdoor member spaces.

In Summer of 2021, the plan was overwhelmingly approved by membership and the documentation of the 2-phase project began with anticipated construction completion dates of spring 2022 and spring 2023.
