Summary
Fairmount Country Club was seeing a significant shift in their club’s demographics with a definite trend toward younger more family-oriented members. Their pool facility was overburdened and at the end of its useful life. With a desire to not only reinvent their pool experience but to also add paddle to enhance year-round member use, the club embarked upon a master plan for a new pool and racquets facility which included a fitness center and golf simulators.
The facility, when complete in Spring 2019, was an immediate success with members. New casual bar and dining facility provides year round support for the multi seasonal sports including not only the pool and paddle but also golf simulators on the upper floor with locker rooms serving all sports on the ground level.
