Professional Experience: Brett earned a BA in Psychology from UNC Greensboro and brings over 20 years of executive leadership in the private club industry, including GM/COO roles at Charlotte City Club, San Jose Country Club, and The Club at Longview, as well as ten years with McConnell Golf. A Certified Club Manager (CCM), Certified Culinarian, and Certified Specialist of Wine and Spirits, Brett is a Past President of the Carolinas CMAA Chapter and former Board Member of The Club Foundation and CMAA National Young Professionals, offering a deep club-side perspective on master planning and renovations.

Personal Life: Brett is based in Charlotte, where he enjoys spending quality time with his partner, Caroline. An avid sports enthusiast, he can usually be found cheering on Manchester United and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
